Fittingly at the Rowe Memorial Super Stock Classic held at Calder Park Sunday December 27, 2015, Super Stock racer Daniel Camilleri set a new quarter mile DD/GA elapsed time record.
Camilleri reset West Aussie Errol Quartermaine’s 7.850 ET with a new best of 7.720 in a first round victory over Kim Fardella with his turbo six cylinder Pontiac.
He now owns both the quarter mile ET and speed records for the DD/GA class, as well as the equivalent eighth mile bench marks
Congratulation to Camilleri and his team on an outstanding achievement.
