The 2015 drag racing season kicks off on a high next month at Hidden Valley Drag Strip with the announcement that rapidly growing equipment hire company Go Hire has taken up naming rights on Lane 1.

Go Hire managing director Chris Wilson was excited about the new partnership and Hidden Valley Drag Racing Association president Scott MacLean was equally thrilled.

“2015 is going to be a great year for Hidden Valley Drag Strip and I am pleased we have been able to build a relationship with a local Territory company,” said MacLean.

“As a completely volunteer sporting organisation, local business support is vital to ensuring we can continue to host events for the Darwin community.”

Since its beginnings in late 2011, Go Hire has swiftly proven itself in the Darwin equipment rental market. Go Hire offers its customers the benefit of gaining immediate access to the most up to date, reliable and fully serviced tools, machinery, access equipment, compaction, compressors, power generation and traffic management equipment. Their staff and management have in excess of 47 years combined experience in the hire industry and believe real customer value today can only be created by constantly developing new solutions and doing what we already do, better.

The Go Hire Lane 1 will be taking its first cars with its new name at the combined Test and Tune and Beat the Heat Off Street event on Friday 3rd April.
