Damien Harris’s name has popped up on the entry list for the Nitro Funny Car event this weekend at Sydney Dragway, which is also round two of the track championship.
Harris will no doubt be looking to give the track record a shake, which stands at a rather achievable 5.8 seconds and 218mph, though Chris Stipanovich has been as quick as an un-backed up 5.52/275.
