With Mayhem just around the corner it’s time to get organised and answer all of those last minute questions for all of you Heathcote Park fans, as we gear up for a massive four days of car action across every area of the Heathcote Park property.

Tickets purchased online before midnight Thursday April 5th will be able to use the express lane at the Heathcote Park gates. All you need to bring is your Photo ID and your tickets will be ready for collection, you can also print out a copy of the order online for your records.

There will also be separate cash and EFTPOS gates to make things a little quicker. NO ALCOHOL can be carried on to the premises, ALL VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH at the front gates.

Competitor Entry Forms
You will receive competitor entry forms at the front gate when you pay for your ticket, or if you purchased a competitor entry online your entry form will be handed to you along with your other accreditation. Once you have completed the form you can present your vehicle at scrutineering for inspection during the hours listed in the schedule (which can be downloaded from our website).

Competitors who have been active on the Burnout Pad cannot return to the Drag Strip for the remainder of the competition period. They can however return to the Drag strip once competition has been completed and a large section of time has been set aside on Monday specifically for this purpose, allowing competitors to get maximum value for their entry dollar.

Campers
There are two camping areas, a ‘general’ camping area and a ‘family’ camping area for those with young children. Please indicate your preference at the front gate when paying for or collecting your tickets, and you will be directed to the appropriate area of your choosing.

There is no camping in the Pit Complex, NO TENTS can be erected in this area. Camping and camping structures can only be erected in the designated camping areas. Competitor vehicles can be parked in the camping areas overnight for security purposes.

Gate Times
There is a strict vehicle curfew in place after midnight each night and offenders will be removed from the event. Gates will close at midnight each night and will re-open at 8am daily.

Burnout Cars
All burnout vehicles must have functioning seatbelts for both the driver and one passenger only. All occupants of the vehicle must wear enclosed footwear, long pants, a long sleeved shirt and a helmet. If you do not have a helmet, one can be hired from Heathcote Park for a small fee.

All vehicles entering the Burnout Pad should have ALL wheel weights removed.

Remember to pace yourself – it’s a long weekend – if both you and your car are in good shape you can always go another round. Heathcote Park endorses the responsible consumption of alcohol.
