Scorching testing results at Sydney Dragway

Private testing at Sydney Dragway has produced some killer performances today.

 

 

Sean Mifsud has not had a chance to drive his new Duster due to his accident until today. With Mike Janis on hand a off the trailer 5.97 at a mere 218MPH set up a later 5.92 at 239MPH (.0967 60ft 3.89 660ft) which included a pedal to lay claim as Australia’s quickest Roots powered Doorslammer.

 

 

Anthony Maatouk was nothing short of spectacular claiming the first ever six second pass for a VL Commodore anywhere. The RB30 beast stopped the clocks with 6.998 at 209MPH.

 

 

Paul Mouhayet in the Moits Mustang in Outlaw 10.5 trim are chasing down the five second barrier, the team went 6.09 and 6.07.

 

Michael Haimandos is still teething on the BK Engines Outlaw 10.5 Mustang and clocked a easy 7.02 PB.

 

Zoran Gajic and the GAS Motorsport team are still dialing in their weapon twin turbo Mustang a 6.55 204MPH has them happy just making it to the other end, the car has run 5.7s in the US.

 

Several other cars were testing but did not rotate the planet including the doorslammers of Paul Cannuli and Jeff Wilson along with the Pro Stock Camaro of Spinozzi.
